Antigen Blocking Protocol for IHC/ICC and WB
Each fragment is selected by scanning the entire human proteome for regions unique to the target protein. Fragments of 50–150 residues can contain conformational epitopes that short peptides lack. Gene fragments are amplified by RT-PCR from pooled human tissue RNA and sequence-verified before expression.
