Product availability
Our products are available to customers worldwide. From most locations, you can order our products from Atlas Antibodies. Please see more information about how to order here.
We distribute our products directly to all destinations in Europe, excluding Russia.
We distribute to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel. For other destinations in the world, you can order directly, but check first the customs rules in your country. You can always check our products in your region with our distributors. Please visit our Distributors page.
Antibodies
The vast majority of our antibodies are available in stock at all times, and we ship your order directly from our manufacturing site in Sweden. You will receive your shipment to most locations within 1-4 days.
PrEST Antigens
The PrEST Antigen products are produced on demand. If there is no PrEST Antigen product in stock, delivery is usually 6 weeks after we receive your order.
Shipping and delivery
We ship orders from Mondays to Fridays, except for Swedish National Holidays. For delivery times to destinations other than Europe, the USA and Canada, please contact us for more information.
Our products are shipped with FedEx International priority. You will receive the tracking number from us when your order has been shipped. If you would like detailed information on delivery times to your country, please contact us for more information.
All duties and taxes are to be paid by the shipment recipient. Detailed information is available in our Terms and Conditions. Please note that specified costs are not applicable for customers who wish to have FedEx's shipping costs invoiced directly. If you decide to invoice your shipping costs directly to FedEx, please contact your local FedEx office for information on shipping costs.

Storage and handling instructions
Our antibodies should be stored at +4°C for short-term storage. Long-time storage is recommended at -20ºC. All our antibodies are delivered in 40% glycerol and PBS (pH 7.2). 0.02% sodium azide is added as a preservative. Please read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Sodium Azide for more information.
Storage for PrEST Antigens is recommended at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. PrEST Antigens are delivered in 1M Urea (pH 7.4). Please read the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for Urea for more information.
