How do I place an order?
When you find the product you are looking for in our product catalog in the online store, make sure to read the product specification to confirm that the product is recommended for the experiments you would like to perform. On the product pages, you can find which applications we recommend for each product and access all characterization data. To make your purchase, simply add the product to your cart, log in or create an account, and then place your order. You will receive an order confirmation when we have processed your order.
Can I buy your products from my country?
You can order our products directly from the online store to most destinations in the world, excluding Russia.
If you are not able to order directly from us or there are complicated customs regulations in your country, you are welcome to find your local supplier here and order our products directly.
How do I set up an account to use your online store?
The first time you order online, you will be asked to create an account. Simply follow the instructions when you click the checkout button. If you have any questions, please contact our support.
How can I pay?
On our webshop, you can pay by credit card (VISA and Master Card), or invoice on the check-out page.
We currently accept payments by Wire Transfer (preferred) if the order is placed by e-mail.

Can I pay with credit card?
You can pay by credit card directly in our online store.

Where can I find information needed to add Atlas Antibodies as a vendor in our systems?
Atlas Antibodies welcomes contact with Purchasing Departments. Your orders can be sent to us by e-mail. For our US customers, please contact order@atlasantibodies.com to obtain a W-8BEN-E document.

How much do your products cost?
Product prices are listed in the product catalog; prices are quoted, excluding shipping charges and taxes.
How do I know if you have the product I want to order in stock?
The current availability of a specific product is indicated on the product page. If you wish to know the availability of a larger number of vials of a particular product, please email us for stock availability.

What is the lead time of an order?
We ship our products directly from our production facility in Sweden on Mondays to Fridays, except for Swedish national holidays. If your product is available in stock and we receive your complete order before noon CET, we usually ship your order the same day.
Shipping time will depend on the country of destination. Please see more information about delivery times under Shipping Information.
How much is the shipping cost to my country?
Shipping charges: Sweden 208 SEK; Europe excluding Turkey 35 EUR, US & Canada 42 USD, and the Rest of the World and Turkey 70 EUR. Atlas Antibodies uses FedEx International priority for all shipments.
All duties and taxes are to be paid by the shipment recipient. Please note that the shipping cost is invoiced directly by FedEx for customers using their FedEx account number, and the price may differ from those stated above.

What are the shipping charges if I use our own FedEx account?
If you would like us to use your own FedEx account for the shipping cost, make sure to state your FedEx account number on your order. In this case, the shipping charges may differ from those specified in our shipping terms under Shipping Information.
Atlas Antibodies do not have access to information on the freight cost for customers who use their own FedEx account, this cost is dependent on the customers’ individual contract with FedEx.
Do you charge VAT?
Atlas Antibodies will add sales taxes when shipping products to jurisdictions where Atlas Antibodies is responsible for collecting sales tax unless the buyer has provided the information relevant to tax exemption.
Before shipping and invoicing, buyers within the European Union must provide Atlas Antibodies with a valid VAT number to benefit from any exemptions from Swedish VAT. Swedish VAT of 25 % will otherwise be added to the invoice.
How are the products packaged?
Antibodies are generally shipped to destinations in Europe and North America at ambient temperature. For other locations, we routinely ship antibodies on ice. PrEST Antigens are shipped on wet ice. See also our general shipping information under Shipping Information.
What storage conditions do you recommend for your products?
Store at +4°C for short-term storage. Long-time storage is recommended at -20ºC. PrEST Antigens should be stored at -20ºC.
Do you have a quality guarantee?
All products from Atlas Antibodies are designed for the highest possible performance and are manufactured using a standardized process to ensure the most rigorous levels of quality.

Can I use a product in an untested application or species?
We have implemented a program for customers interested in using our products in applications or species we have not tested ourselves. See our Explorer Program for more details.
Do you have an antibody against the X protein?
All our products are listed online. Go to our online store to search for your product of interest. If you do not find any antibody against the protein you are interested in, please contact us at support@atlasantibodies.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you produce antibodies on request?
Atlas Antibodies do not produce antibodies on request at this time. We do, however, value input from our customers in regards to our product development. Read more about our Co-Development Program for more information.
When are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM CET (except Swedish National Holidays).
