The Human Protein Atlas has successfully tested the Anti-DNTTIP2 antibody (HPA044502) in siRNA transfected U-2 OS cells

A. To validate the subcellular localization of the Anti-DNTTIP2 antibody (HPA044502), determined by immunofluorescence, the staining procedure was repeated on siRNA transfected U-2 OS cells. The assay was performed in using siRNA from one provider (siRNA 1) and the results were compared to negative control cells transfected with scrambled siRNA.

The images show signal downregulation > 25% compared to the negative control (scrambled). Relative Fluorescence Intensity (RFI) denotes the percentage of remaining staining intensity after siRNA down regulation.

B. The Anti-DNTTIP2 antibody (HPA044502) was tested in Western blot using siRNA transfected U-2 OS cells, from two different providers (siRNA 1 and siRNA 2), and the result shows downregulation in both siRNA lanes compared to the control (scrambled).
