Anti-LRBA polyclonal antibody in immune responses study

Article: "Regulation of CTLA-4 recycling by LRBA and Rab11"

Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4, also known as CTLA-4 or CD152 (cluster of differentiation 152), is a protein receptor that functions as an immune checkpoint and downregulates immune responses.

Defects in CTLA-4 trafficking due to LRBA deficiency cause profound autoimmunity in humans.

By using our anti-LRBA polyclonal antibody (HPA019366), this study plays with LRBA and CTLA-4 expression to determine how this protein affects CTLA-4 trafficking, thus providing an enhanced view of the critical relationship between CTLA-4 trafficking and LRBA.
