Anti-FLNB Triple A polyclonal antibody used for the IHC staining within pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma tissue
Article: "Single-cell-resolved differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cells into pancreatic duct-like organoids on a microwell chip"
A microwell chip for generating and culturing 3D cell aggregates.
Researchers have developed a method for creating in vitro models of diseases affecting the pancreatic ductal compartment.
By using a microwell chip, Wiedenmann et al. (2023), induced the differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cells into pancreatic duct-like organoids. By analyzing the gene expression and imaging the forming organoids at the single-cell level over time, they identified the developmental trajectories of various cell types within the pancreas.
These pancreatic duct-like organoids expressed markers and exhibited similarities to human adult duct cells. Overall, this microsystem could help to create personalized pancreatic-duct models for studying disease mechanisms.
