Our two polyclonal antibodies used to identify alternate receptors for SARS-CoV-2 that might facilitate initial host cell infection

Article: "Gene expression and in situ protein profiling of candidate SARS-CoV-2 receptors in human airway epithelial cells and lung tissue"

The angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) and the transmembrane protease, serine 2 (TMPRSS2) are implicated in SARS-CoV-2 viral infection.

Our anti-TMPRSS2 (HPA035787) and anti-HSPA5 (HPA038845) polyclonal antibodies are used in this study that identifies alternate receptors for SARS-CoV-2 that might facilitate initial host cell infection.
