Anti-PKM and Anti-GSTP1 rabbit polyclonals used in „Novel Diagnostic Protein Biomarkers in Colorectal Cancer“

Article: "Proteomic Characterization of Colorectal Cancer Cells versus Normal-Derived Colon Mucosa Cells: Approaching Identification of Novel Diagnostic Protein Biomarkers in Colorectal Cancer"

Novel putative protein biomarkers for colorectal cancer (CRC) identified by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with future  diagnostic potential.

CRC tissue originates from the peripheral and central part of the tumors as well as from a non-involved part of the colorectal tissue as a control.

Results show that 6 proteins with altered expression levels in the peripheral or the central part of the tumor included S100A11, HNRNPF, HNRNPH1 or HNRNPH2, GSTP1, PKM, and FABP1.
