Anti-PKM and Anti-GSTP1 rabbit polyclonals used in „Novel Diagnostic Protein Biomarkers in Colorectal Cancer“
September, 2021 (Department of Clinical Medicine - Department of Haematology, Aarhus, Denmark)
Novel putative protein biomarkers for colorectal cancer (CRC) identified by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) with future diagnostic potential.
CRC tissue originates from the peripheral and central part of the tumors as well as from a non-involved part of the colorectal tissue as a control.
Results show that 6 proteins with altered expression levels in the peripheral or the central part of the tumor included S100A11, HNRNPF, HNRNPH1 or HNRNPH2, GSTP1, PKM, and FABP1.
Find out more about our anti-PKM (HPA029501) and anti-GSTP1 (HPA019779) rabbit polyclonals were used in the study.
