Serine-threonine kinase-4 (STK4) deficiency is an autosomal recessive combined immunodeficiency (CID).

Using our anti-human STK4 antibody and Westernblotting, this newly published study aimed to define clinical and laboratory features to improve the differential diagnosis and determine the most suitable therapy for the STK4-deficiency-related disease.
