Kit Options & Configurations

There are 4 AtlasPlex kit combinations to choose from: Standard (perfect for pilot studies or initial system testing) or Large (ideal for high-throughput or large-scale studies), 3 or 5 plex.

  • cat. AP-S3 (Standard - 3 plex) →Include reagents for approx. 25 reactions 
  • cat. AP-L3 (Large - 3 plex)→ Include reagents for approx. 50 reactions 
  • cat. AP-S5  (Standard - 5 plex) →Include reagents for approx. 25 reactions 
  • cat. AP-L5 (Large - 5 plex) → Include reagents for approx. 50 reactions 

Each AtlasPlex Kit Includes:

  • Biotinylated Antibodies  (Up to 5 customizable) 
  • HRP Labeling & Quenching Buffers (Core components. No selection needed)
  • Tyramide Dyes (Core components. no selection needed)
     
 

How to Order

  1. Choose the kit size: Standard (S) 25 reactions or Large (L) 50 reactions that fits your workflow
  2. Choose your Plex Size: Select either a 3-plex or 5-plex panel. 
  3. Customize your panel: Choose 3 or 5 biotinylated antibodies from our catalog of over 12,000 human genes to create a panel tailored to your specific research needs.
  4. Select your region: Choose your country or region to ensure accurate shipping and support information.
  5. Place your order: Finalize your selections and place your order using the AtlasPlex Kit Configurator below.
  6. Check your email: You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your customized kit and next steps.
