How to Order

Orders from European customers can be placed online, by e-mail or fax. All orders must contain information about delivery address, invoice address, buyers name, phone number and e-mail address, product number, product name and quantity. Please state your customer number with Atlas Antibodies if available and VAT number if applicable. You are welcome to state you FedEx account number if you want that to be used for shipping.

Ordering Online

1. Choose “Products/order” on the menu to the left
2. Find the product of interest in the product list. The product list can be sorted by Product name (default) or Product number by clicking on the corresponding heading in the product list
3. Click on “Add to cart” directly or click on the product number to expand the list to view detailed product information. In the expanded product information view the “Add to cart” button is at the bottom below the product information.
4. Clicking on Add to cart will direct you to Your cart
5. Return to Continue shopping or click on Order products.
6. After choosing Order products you will be asked to Log in with your username and password, or create a new account by following the instructions.
7. Check your ordering information and Confirm order
8. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order

Ordering by e-mail

Send an e-mail to orders@atlasantibodies.com with all required information, full invoice address and delivery address, buyers name, phone number and e-mail address, product number and product name, quantity, account number if available and VAT number if applicable. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Ordering by fax

Please download the fax order form here and fill in all required fields. Fax the order form to Atlas Antibodies at
+46 8 54 59 58 51. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
